2.0 t seated lithium-electric reach truck. Check rack geometry and residual capacity before selecting a lift-height option; the model name alone does not define the offered mast.

The facts below summarize the source reviewed by ForkliftIQ. They do not prove current availability, regional configuration or suitability for a particular site.
Check rack geometry and residual capacity before selecting a lift-height option; the model name alone does not define the offered mast.
A model name helps organize research. Technical approval still depends on one exact configuration and a written operating requirement.
Application boundary
This seated reach-truck route belongs in warehouse rack research. Measure the pallet entry, beam positions, aisle pinch points and floor before requesting a demonstration. A moving mast and support legs create a different working envelope from a conventional counterbalance truck.
Configuration evidence
The current manufacturer page gives a 12 m maximum and a 9.5 m lift entry in its detailed table. Treat these as configuration-specific references requiring clarification. Ask for the quoted mast code and its load chart; neither number proves full nominal capacity at maximum height.
Operating-system check
Start the energy discussion with actual shifts, breaks and site power. Require the supplier to explain charger compatibility, connector access, battery isolation and recovery arrangements. A voltage and ampere-hour figure cannot establish a site-specific runtime or charging schedule.
Information to measure before requesting this model
Record the maximum and typical load, dimensions, load centre, pallet or attachment interface, lift height, travel route, gradients, floor and yard condition, doors, overhead restrictions, rack geometry, pedestrian interaction, temperature and expected moves per hour. Define the shifts, charging windows and electrical supply instead of asking a supplier for an undefined runtime.
For a reach truck, measure the usable aisle at the narrowest obstruction, pallet orientation, load overhang, rack protection, floor joints and clearances above every beam. Explain whether the truck must cross thresholds or work in cold storage. Request written approval for the actual operating environment and proposed options.
Questions for the quotation
- What residual capacity remains at the highest required beam with the exact pallet and attachment?
- Which mast code explains the 12,000 mm maximum and 9,500 mm table configuration?
- Does the aisle calculation use our actual pallet orientation, overhang and rack clearance?
- Which charger, electrical supply, battery warranty and local service responsibilities are included?
Documents to request
Ask for the complete model and option codes, a dated model-specific data sheet, dimensions, the configuration-specific load chart, battery and charger data, attachment approval, tyre specification, operator and maintenance manuals, scheduled service requirements and the applicable destination-market conformity records. The contracting party should identify who commissions the truck, provides training, supports diagnostics, supplies parts and carries warranty responsibility.
How to compare an alternative
Build one comparison sheet and hold the operating case constant. Use the same load, load centre, lift height, attachment, aisle or route, gradients, floor, temperature, shifts and charging window for every candidate. Ask suppliers to show where each quoted value comes from and whether it is standard, optional, calculated, tested or dependent on a market package.
Separate truck price from the operating system around it. Include charger and electrical work, battery replacement assumptions, tyres, scheduled service, diagnostic access, software or telematics fees, training, commissioning, freight, spare parts and expected downtime support. A lower equipment price can produce a higher operational cost when these boundaries are omitted.
Commercial and delivery boundary
Record the legal seller, Incoterm, delivery location, included options, excluded installation work, document language, acceptance method, warranty start, response time and responsible service entity. Require written change control when the supplier substitutes a mast, battery, charger, tyre, controller or software package after the technical review.
Parts and service identity
The family name is not sufficient for a parts match. Preserve the data plate, full model, serial number, mast and attachment details, battery voltage, controller and display labels, old component number, connectors, ports, mounting points and dimensions. Ask the source of every proposed replacement: catalogue record, drawing, supersession notice or written manufacturer confirmation.
Rack survey and acceptance checks
Build the rack survey around the load rather than an empty pallet. Record the heaviest unit, its centre of gravity, wrapping, overhang and handling interface. Measure the beam height and required fork lift separately, and include clearance needed to place or remove the pallet. Bring these measurements to the supplier before agreeing a mast.
For the trial, select representative rack positions and routes. Ask a qualified operator to demonstrate the agreed handling task under the site safety rules. Document clearances, visibility, pallet entry and the final configuration. Acceptance should be written into the purchase agreement; an attractive demonstration of an unloaded truck cannot answer the required loaded operating case.
How this differs from the Hangcha X2 research route
Our Hangcha X2 profile examines a pantograph reach-truck family. Mechanism choice changes the questions about pallet access, forward reach, support-leg clearance and service parts. Compare both profiles against one rack survey rather than assuming all reach trucks use the same arrangement. Ask each seller for drawings that show its actual reach mechanism and pallet interface.
Service records for a warehouse reach truck
Preserve the mast identification, reach mechanism drawing, load-wheel specification, steering and traction unit numbers, controller labels and charger identity alongside the serial number. When requesting replacement wheels, hydraulic seals or electronic components, supply photographs and the original component record. Ask who can diagnose the truck locally and what tools or permissions the technician needs. Agree a route for urgent parts before commissioning.
Evidence boundary
ForkliftIQ has not inspected or tested this truck. Published capacity, dimensions, energy and software statements remain attributed to the manufacturer source. Current availability, exact configuration, regional documentation, dealer authority, lead time, field performance and warranty must be confirmed in writing for the offered truck.
