Request evidence for the exact product and configuration being offered. This page is a document-request checklist, not evidence that a product is certified or approved for a destination.
Identify the offer first
Ask for the supplier and manufacturer names, product model, configuration or revision, and the dated specification sheet. Keep those identifiers with the quotation so the documents can be compared with the actual offer.
Documents to request and questions to ask

Resolve gaps before an order
A logo, generic brochure or document for another model should not be treated as proof for the offered item. Ask the supplier to explain any mismatch or missing information in writing.
Requirements depend on the product and destination. Confirm the applicable requirements with the supplier and a qualified local adviser. This checklist does not interpret regulations or approve an import, installation or use.

Send the product model or intended application, quantity, destination and the documents you need reviewed or supplied. Product-specific availability of documents remains subject to confirmation.
