Forklift Model Research Library
Move from a brand or model name to a testable purchasing brief. Each profile separates published facts, buyer interpretation, site inputs, evidence limits, parts identity and supplier questions.
9 model and series routes with primary-source records.
This is an editorial research library, not a catalogue of everything sold by each brand. A model appears only after a stable manufacturer source and a useful buyer decision can be documented.

Begin with the operating problem rather than the badge. Record the load, load centre, lift height, aisle, surface, gradients, travel distance, duty cycle, charging opportunities and environmental constraints. Then use the profile to identify which published model claims require a dated technical document or a calculation tied to the exact quotation.
The same series name can cover several capacities, masts, batteries, tyres, attachments, software packages and regional configurations. ForkliftIQ therefore treats the full model and option code as the beginning of verification. Nominal capacity, maximum lift, travel speed or runtime should not be transferred from a marketing page to a purchasing specification without confirming the underlying configuration.
Five stages of model research
1. Define the job. Write one operating case covering the load, movement, geometry, environment and duty. 2. Identify the configuration. Require the full model, mast, tyre, attachment, battery, charger and option codes. 3. Verify the documents. Match every critical statement to a dated source, drawing, load chart or written calculation. 4. Verify the seller. Establish the legal entity, authorization, delivery scope, service and warranty responsibility. 5. Preserve the identity. Retain the data plate and component records needed for future parts and service.
What qualifies for this library
A page needs an identifiable manufacturer source, a stable model or series name, enough technical or application information to create a useful buyer checklist, and a clear route to equipment-type, brand, supplier and parts research. Announcement-only products are labelled accordingly, and missing data remains visible as a verification requirement.
Pages are updated when a stable new source materially changes the research route. A new marketing headline alone is insufficient. Useful changes include a new capacity or mast route, a published dimension or load chart, a changed battery platform, a destination-market document, an identified software boundary or a service and parts record that alters the purchasing decision.
How to compare profiles
Do not compare isolated headline values. First hold the operating case constant, then compare residual capacity, aisle or route geometry, tyre and surface fit, battery and charger plan, service access, documents and total delivered scope. Record whether each answer is standard, optional, calculated, market-dependent or still unverified.
The library includes conventional, compact, heavy-duty, reach and connected trucks because different purchasing risks appear in each route. Compact trucks expose geometry assumptions; heavy trucks expose load-centre and infrastructure requirements; connected trucks add software, data and lifecycle questions. The research format remains consistent so buyers can compare the evidence quality as well as the equipment.
How model research connects to suppliers and parts
Model profiles link to related company records for discovery, but the link does not prove current stock, authorization or commercial performance. Require the quoting entity to identify its legal name, relationship to the manufacturer, destination-market responsibility, warranty route and service coverage.
Parts matching begins with the truck data plate and serial number. The model profile helps preserve the mast, attachment, battery, controller and software context that can distinguish visually similar components. Compatibility still requires an evidence trail from the responsible source.
Evidence and publication boundary
ForkliftIQ summarizes manufacturer material and adds original buyer questions. It does not claim to have tested the machines or confirmed current availability. Every profile names its primary source in plain text and marks the remaining verification work. This lets a search visitor understand both what is known and what must still be obtained from a responsible supplier.
