Find My Forklift Part

Have a photo, a worn label or an unfamiliar part number? Start here.

From identification to a sourcing enquiry

Send what you have. ForkliftIQ can help organize your part details and investigate sourcing options in China. We start with the application and identification evidence—not a promise that any similar-looking part will fit.

Send the details. Start a parts check.

No part number? Send clear photos. Availability, fitment and delivery are subject to confirmation.

Attach photos after your email or WhatsApp opens. Nothing is sent automatically.

Four photos that help us start

  1. Truck nameplate: brand, model and serial number, photographed straight on.
  2. Part label: all numbers, manufacturer markings and suffixes in focus.
  3. Whole part: mounting points and installation context, if safely accessible.
  4. Connections: connector face, pin count, ports or terminals, as relevant. Ask a qualified technician if access requires isolation or removal.

Also include quantity and delivery country/postcode. Send original photos rather than screenshots when possible. Share only equipment information needed for the enquiry.

What happens next

  1. Review the details. We identify missing labels or specifications and ask follow-up questions where needed.
  2. Investigate possible sources. We check candidates against the information supplied and seek documentation for proposed replacements.
  3. Review the proposal. Where a source is available, the quotation should identify the part, evidence or outstanding fitment checks, quantity, price, lead time and delivery terms.
  4. Confirm before ordering. Review the proposed specification and agreed supply, warranty and return terms. If a match cannot be established, we will need more information or cannot offer that part.

Start with a part category

Identification is not diagnosis. A symptom or fault code alone is not enough to choose a replacement. This service does not replace an on-site technician, and we do not ask you to bypass safety systems. Availability, compatibility and delivery remain subject to confirmation.

Common questions

Can you work from a photo only?

A photo can start the enquiry. A final match may require a part number, dimensions, equipment serial number or service documentation.

Can I send a list of different parts?

Yes. Email your list with one reference, quantity and application per line. Include photos or drawings for items without clear part numbers.

Is submitting an enquiry an order?

No. Sending details starts a discussion. No payment or order is created by these contact links.

Can you promise a delivery date now?

No. Delivery depends on identifying the part, supplier confirmation and destination. Ask for the lead time and shipping terms in the quotation.
