Forklift batteries and chargers are the power systems for electric trucks, offered as lead-acid (24/36/48/80V) or LiFePO4 lithium packs with matched chargers and BMS. ForkliftIQ supplies replacement and retrofit batteries, chargers and BMS compatible with Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota and more, factory-direct from an 85,000+ SKU network.
Factory-direct forklift batteries, chargers and BMS — lead-acid and LiFePO4 lithium packs compatible with Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota and most major brands. Send a nameplate photo or part number for a fast parts quote.
Battery types, voltage classes and chargers
Electric forklifts run on one of two chemistries. Traditional lead-acid traction batteries come in 24V, 36V, 48V and 80V classes, sized by amp-hour capacity to match the truck's duty cycle. They are proven and low-cost upfront but need watering, ventilated charging and a cool-down period. LiFePO4 lithium packs run at the same nominal voltages, support fast and opportunity charging, are maintenance-free and deliver far more cycles over their life.
Every pack needs a matched charger. Voltage must equal the battery's nominal voltage, and charge current should suit the capacity and chemistry — lead-acid and lithium use different charge profiles, so chargers are not interchangeable. Lithium packs include a BMS for cell balancing, temperature and over-current protection. We supply conventional and high-frequency chargers, standalone BMS units and complete pack-plus-charger sets.
How to identify the right battery or charger
The fastest path is the battery nameplate or tray label, which lists voltage, capacity and often tray dimensions. Pair that with your forklift's brand, model and serial number so we can confirm tray size, connector type and compartment fit. For chargers, note input voltage (single- or three-phase) and the battery voltage and capacity you are charging.
We do not publish fixed dimensions or prices for every truck, because trays and connectors vary by build year and configuration. Send a nameplate photo plus your model and serial and our engineers will cross-reference the correct replacement or retrofit part and return full spec and a quote.
Compatibility and lithium retrofit
Our batteries, chargers and BMS are aftermarket parts engineered to be compatible with — not OEM-branded for — Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota and most major makes. Replacement packs match the original voltage, capacity and tray footprint so they drop into the existing compartment.
Retrofitting an older lead-acid truck to LiFePO4 is a common upgrade for fleets chasing faster turnaround and less downtime. It typically pairs a lithium pack and BMS with a compatible charger and, where needed, tray adapters or ballast to preserve counterweight. Tell us your truck and current battery and we will scope the retrofit.
| Spec | Option A | Option B |

| Voltage classes | 24V, 36V, 48V, 80V | 24V, 36V, 48V, 80V |
| Cycle life | Lower (typical lead-acid range) | Several times higher |
| Charging | Full charge + cool-down; watering needed | Fast & opportunity charging; maintenance-free |
| Upfront cost | Lower | Higher, offset by longer life |

| Best for | Single-shift, cost-sensitive duty | Multi-shift, high-uptime fleets & retrofits |
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find my forklift battery part number?
Check the battery nameplate or tray label for voltage, capacity and tray size. Then note your forklift brand, model and serial number. Send us a photo of the nameplate with those details and we will cross-reference the correct replacement or retrofit part.
Can you cross-reference a battery or charger from another brand?
Yes. Send the original part number, nameplate photo, or the brand, voltage and capacity, and our engineers match a compatible replacement from an 85,000+ SKU network. We confirm tray fit, connector and charge profile before quoting.
What is the minimum order quantity for batteries and chargers?
MOQ depends on the chemistry, voltage class and whether you need stock or OEM/ODM configuration. Single replacement units, retrofit kits and bulk fleet orders are all possible — contact us with quantity and destination for confirmed MOQ and pricing.
How are forklift batteries shipped internationally?
We ship FOB or CIF worldwide with roughly 4-6 week lead time. Lithium packs ship as regulated dangerous goods with required documentation. Send your destination port and quantity for a quote, and certificates (CE, UL, ISO 9001, SGS, TÜV) are available on request.
Need this part fast?
Send the brand, part number or a photo — we quote from an 85,000+ SKU network and ship worldwide.
