Forklift Batteries & Chargers: Replacement RFQ
Replacing a battery, a charger or both? Build one clear request for quotation (RFQ) around the existing truck and charging equipment. A brand name or voltage alone is not a complete procurement brief.
Define the replacement scope
- Battery only: identify the existing battery and the charger you intend to retain. Browse the battery parts category for terminology, not fit approval.
- Charger only: identify the battery it will serve and the existing charger, if available. See the charger category; a listing is not a confirmed match.
- Both, or a proposed change: describe the current setup and intended change in the same inquiry. Request a qualified model-specific review rather than assuming a drop-in replacement.
Information to include
| Item | Send existing records or readable photos |
|---|---|
| Truck | Manufacturer, model, serial number and data plate. |
| Battery | Manufacturer and model; chemistry, voltage, capacity, weight and dimensions as recorded on the label or existing documentation. |
| Charger | Manufacturer, model and complete input/output label; existing supplier documentation if available. |
| Application | Typical shifts, available charging windows and the issue prompting replacement. |
| Site and order | Destination, quantity and documented site supply information. Leave unknown fields marked unknown. |
Use existing records and safely accessible labels only; do not open equipment or perform electrical measurements to complete this checklist. Toyota's official data-plate guide illustrates the model, serial and battery information recorded on its trucks. Plate fields vary by equipment.
Ask for written confirmation before ordering
Labels and dimensions are inquiry inputs, not proof of compatibility. Ask the equipment, battery and charger suppliers to confirm the proposed combination for the exact models. A conversion or installation needs qualified review; this page does not provide wiring, charging settings or retrofit instructions.
Request the exact proposed model, supporting documents, availability, price, quantity terms and delivery terms in the quotation. No universal fit, stock level, certification or delivery time is promised here.
Battery and charger inquiry questions
What should I send for a battery or charger inquiry?
Send the truck model and serial number, readable battery and charger labels, the item you want to replace, quantity and destination. Mark missing information as unknown rather than guessing.
Does matching voltage or connector prove compatibility?
No. Those details are inquiry inputs, not compatibility approval. Request written model-specific confirmation from the equipment, battery and charger suppliers before ordering.
Can this page approve a lithium conversion?
No. A conversion or installation needs a qualified, model-specific review. This page only helps prepare a procurement brief and does not provide electrical or retrofit instructions.
What are the price, minimum quantity and lead time?
These are not confirmed by this page. Request a written quotation for the exact configuration, quantity and destination, including availability, delivery terms and documentation.
Send the brief directly
Send the label photos and order details by email, WhatsApp or WeChat. If you are unsure which component needs replacing, say so; do not guess a part number.
