The table uses a 3,000 mm reference lift. A different mast or attachment can change closed height, extended height and residual capacity, so obtain configuration-specific drawings and the load chart.
Operating-system check
Feature statements such as larger batteries, fast chargers, low-temperature heating and waterproofing may describe options or a series route. Require the quotation to mark each item as standard, optional or unavailable in the destination market.
Information to measure before requesting this model
Record the maximum and typical load, dimensions, load centre, pallet or attachment interface, lift height, travel route, gradients, floor and yard condition, doors, overhead restrictions, rack geometry, pedestrian interaction, temperature and expected moves per hour. Define the shifts, charging windows and electrical supply instead of asking a supplier for an undefined runtime.
For a counterbalance or heavy-duty truck, state tyre requirements, outdoor exposure, braking demand and attachment use. For a connected truck, add network boundaries, user roles, data ownership, offline behaviour and system-support expectations. These inputs let suppliers identify exclusions early.

Documents to request
Ask for the complete model and option codes, a dated model-specific data sheet, dimensions, the configuration-specific load chart, battery and charger data, attachment approval, tyre specification, operator and maintenance manuals, scheduled service requirements and the applicable destination-market conformity records. The contracting party should identify who commissions the truck, provides training, supports diagnostics, supplies parts and carries warranty responsibility.
How to compare an alternative
Build one comparison sheet and hold the operating case constant. Use the same load, load centre, lift height, attachment, aisle or route, gradients, floor, temperature, shifts and charging window for every candidate. Ask suppliers to show where each quoted value comes from and whether it is standard, optional, calculated, tested or dependent on a market package.
Separate truck price from the operating system around it. Include charger and electrical work, battery replacement assumptions, tyres, scheduled service, diagnostic access, software or telematics fees, training, commissioning, freight, spare parts and expected downtime support. A lower equipment price can produce a higher operational cost when these boundaries are omitted.
Commercial and delivery boundary
Record the legal seller, Incoterm, delivery location, included options, excluded installation work, document language, acceptance method, warranty start, response time and responsible service entity. Require written change control when the supplier substitutes a mast, battery, charger, tyre, controller or software package after the technical review.
Parts and service identity
The family name is not sufficient for a parts match. Preserve the data plate, full model, serial number, mast and attachment details, battery voltage, controller and display labels, old component number, connectors, ports, mounting points and dimensions. Ask the source of every proposed replacement: catalogue record, drawing, supersession notice or written manufacturer confirmation.

Separate FL geometry and optional energy equipment
The source table gives FB20/25 body length without forks as 2,662 mm and outside turning radius as 2,365 mm. FB30/35 change to 2,700/2,770 mm body length and 2,450/2,500 mm radii. Preserve the individual model column in a route drawing; the family name does not establish one shared turning envelope.
The manufacturer describes a battery up to 460 Ah with a 200 A charger as optional. It also describes optional low-temperature heating with a −20°C reference. These options must be identified in the offer; they should not be added to the standard battery table or used as proof of whole-truck temperature suitability. The IPX4 statement is an attributed water-protection claim, not authorization for a particular washdown procedure or an unqualified outdoor duty. Ask for the applicable operating and maintenance instructions.
