Confirm the configuration before comparing offers
Battery and charging package
Ask for battery chemistry, voltage, capacity and the exact charger in the proposal. Do not assume the previous generic 48V/80V or lead-acid option applies to this FL reference. Shift endurance and charging time need configuration-specific evidence.
Mast and handling task
Provide the load description, required lift height, attachments and available site dimensions. Ask the supplier to identify the proposed mast and provide matching documentation; a series label alone does not settle suitability.
Photos and product identity
Request dated photos of the proposed model, its identification plate and included equipment. Keep FL separate from UN FE, FH or NL references when comparing quotations.
Commercial scope
Confirm quantity, destination, included equipment, price basis, availability and delivery terms in writing. Request product documents relevant to the exact configuration and destination; no blanket certification or factory-direct promise is made here.
