Jungheinrich brings Full Flex Rental to the Netherlands

The Dutch rental offer sets a twelve-month minimum per truck. Buyers should compare return, exchange and service terms against their changing workload.

Jungheinrich has introduced Full Flex Rental in the Netherlands, offering a fleet subscription with a minimum twelve-month term per truck. The practical question for rental buyers is how the contract handles a changing workload after that initial commitment.

What has been announced

Dutch transport publication TTM reported the Netherlands introduction on 16 October 2026; Forkliftaction covered it on 29 October. Jungheinrich’s Dutch service page describes a fixed monthly charge, maintenance and service, and the basic version of its Fleet Management System. Trucks can be added during the contract; after the minimum term, customers can exchange or return equipment.

This is a local market development, rather than the invention of a new global rental model. Jungheinrich’s group announcement of 12 March 2024 described Full Flex Rental in other European markets. The exact Dutch rollout day is not established by the undated service page.

Why rental buyers should examine the terms

For a warehouse comparing ownership, long-term leasing and shorter rentals, the useful comparison is a written schedule of commitments. Put the expected busy season, quiet season and possible layout changes beside each offer. Ask suppliers to quote the same operating hours, truck specification and service assumptions before comparing monthly figures. A low headline rate alone cannot show which arrangement fits that workload.

Questions to put in a quotation request

  • Which truck configuration, battery and charger are included, and what starts the minimum term for each added vehicle?
  • What notice, collection arrangements and condition checks apply when returning or exchanging a truck?
  • Which usage limits, wear items, damage charges and service exclusions remain payable?
  • What response arrangements and replacement equipment are specified if a truck is unavailable?
  • Which fleet data can the customer access and export, and what happens to that access at contract end?
