What is a VNA turret truck?

A VNA (very-narrow-aisle) turret truck is a Class II electric forklift built to operate in aisles narrower than a reach truck or counterbalance can manage — typically under about 2 metres. Instead of turning the whole truck to face a rack, the forks (and often the operator cab) rotate up to 180° and shuttle sideways, loading and unloading both sides of the aisle from a fixed travel path.

Because the truck never needs room to turn, warehouses can shrink aisle width dramatically and add more pallet positions in the same footprint. Many models lift well into high-bay racking, so you gain density both horizontally and vertically. Man-up variants raise the operator with the load for precise placement and order picking at height; man-down turret trucks keep the operator at floor level while the forks rotate and elevate.
