Identify the requirement before the replacement

Separate a motor inverter from an auxiliary DC-DC converter before requesting a replacement. Identify the input, output, circuit function and complete component code from existing records; a shared voltage does not make the two categories interchangeable.

Prepare your enquiry

  1. Name the function before the product

In forklift purchasing, inverter may refer to the power electronics driving an AC motor, while a converter may refer to a separate auxiliary supply. Supplier menus can also contain broader industrial power products. State the function shown in the equipment records and include the existing unit’s identity. A description such as power box is not enough to establish the replacement category or the interfaces that must be retained.

Build an input and output record

For an auxiliary supply enquiry, retain the complete label, documented input range, output specification, connector and mounting information. Distinguish an equipment nominal voltage from a component’s permitted input specification. Include the connected loads as described in existing documentation, not a guessed sum from photographs. Where a field is unavailable, leave it unknown and ask for the applicable component datasheet before selecting an alternative.

  2. Preserve control and enclosure differences

Ask whether the proposed converter has the documented enable, monitoring or communication interfaces required by the vehicle. Record the original enclosure, cooling, mounting and harness arrangement. For a motor inverter, retain the motor and feedback identities as well as the controller application. These requirements cannot be settled by a common external size. A seller should name the actual offered variant and identify unresolved differences in writing.

    More guidance for this step

    Use manufacturer categories with boundaries

ZAPI’s AC Evolution page provides motor-inverter variant examples. Xinlianda’s website separates forklift controllers and power-conversion categories, including DC-DC product descriptions. These sources establish distinct research paths, rather than proving either product is installed in your truck. Ask Xinlianda for the relevant proposed product record and the vehicle application supporting it. A broad power-supply catalogue must not be treated as universal forklift coverage.

  3. Do not infer a failed converter from a symptom

A dark display, unavailable lighting or loss of travel does not identify a failed auxiliary supply on this page. Include observed behaviour, recent service records and any confirmed component requirement without turning observations into a diagnosis. Do not open powered equipment or perform measurements to complete this enquiry. If the replacement item is not established, obtain a model-specific assessment before asking suppliers to match a unit.

  4. Compare one clearly defined supply package

Request the converter or inverter reference, condition, included connectors, documentation and any configuration work as separate fields. State which existing loads, motor, battery and harness will remain. Ask the supplier to identify who reviews the proposed combination and what evidence supports it. Keep price, quantity, destination and delivery terms separate from the acceptance decision, so a fast shipment does not become mistaken for a technically confirmed match.

Supplier profiles for this requirement

These company routes are tied to readable manufacturer or company-controlled material reviewed on 2 October 2026. Use the stated scope to begin a shortlist. A profile does not establish current stock, certification, authorisation or a match for your truck.

Website-researched supplier

Fuzhou Xinlianda Electronic Technology

The manufacturer website separates forklift motor controllers and power-conversion products. Request the exact proposed reference and its documented application; the category does not approve a replacement or conversion.

For additional candidates, use the parts supplier directory. Ask each supplier to return the exact proposed item, condition, included documents, unresolved differences, quantity, destination and current delivery terms. Keep technical acceptance separate from commercial availability.

Purchasing questions

Is a motor inverter the same as a DC-DC converter?

No. Identify the intended circuit function and complete unit before requesting a replacement.

Can a charger replace an auxiliary converter?

A charger is a different procurement requirement. Use the documented battery and charging combination.

Does a dark display identify a bad converter?

No. It is an observation requiring a vehicle-specific assessment.

What if the output label is unreadable?

Send existing records and safe label photographs, mark the field unknown and request the applicable original specification.
