Jiangsu Sida supplier profile / CPD25

Supplier-published product family

CPD25 battery-electric counterbalance forklift

A 2,500 kg source-listed electric truck with several battery and controller packages. Compare the complete electrical configuration instead of treating every CPD25 offer as identical.

Presentation prepared from official supplier imagery. One illustrated configuration represents the family; it is not a photograph of local stock, a dimensional drawing or proof of the equipment supplied.

What the official product catalogue establishes

Sida’s CPD25 page presents a seated battery-electric counterbalance truck and a 2,500 kg nominal load at a 500 mm load centre. Its electrical table distinguishes A, B, C and lithium-labelled packages. These remain options within one supplier product reference rather than four independently verified new models. The common CPD25 designation does not establish that a similarly named truck from another manufacturer has the same electrical system or spare parts.

Define the work before choosing a configuration

Record the duty cycle, load, lift height, route, charging opportunity and available electrical supply before comparing packages. The source distinguishes 630 Ah, 490 Ah and 480 Ah entries; those figures do not establish equal runtime or a measured comparison between battery chemistries. Ask for the current battery identity, usable operating assumptions, charger specification and the responsibilities for any communication or control settings. No battery conversion or energising instructions are provided here.

Keep the supply package explicit

A/B packages are listed with 48 V, 630 Ah batteries but different controller descriptions; C is listed with 48 V, 490 Ah, and a lithium entry with 48 V, 480 Ah. The page also contains inconsistent unit notation for optional fork length, which is not adopted as a dimension. Obtain a current fork drawing and the exact battery, controller and charger documentation. Source component brand mentions do not establish authorization, current supply or an approved replacement combination.

Questions for the proposed product

Which electrical package is included?

Require the full battery, controller and charger identification, chemistry, voltage, capacity and applicable connection requirements in the quotation. Ask the supplier to resolve alternatives rather than combine specifications from different source columns into one assumed truck.

What is the proposed duty and charging arrangement?

Provide shifts, working hours, loads, travel and lift tasks, breaks and available supply. Ask for the assumptions behind the proposed energy package and any site requirements. A capacity figure alone is not a runtime or charging-performance guarantee.

Which truck and service documents are required?

Request the mast and fork drawing, capacity basis, electrical documents, manuals, service-parts identification, delivery terms and warranty scope. Preserve the exact configuration and unresolved questions in the purchasing record; the historical listing is not a current stock offer.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare a written requirement with the load, load centre, handling height, support dimensions, site interfaces, operating conditions, destination and quantity. Ask each shortlisted supplier to answer the same requirement and identify assumptions or exclusions. Keep the proposed equipment or attachment, accessories, documentation, delivery and support scope visible as separate lines. An equivalent headline capacity does not by itself make two offers comparable.

Sources and evidence boundary

The source is Jiangsu Sida’s own sales catalogue. The supplier entry is dated 27 May 2020. This historical catalogue date is not evidence of a current offer or new release; the review date is not a release date. The company describes development and manufacture on its own website; inclusion is not an independent factory audit or proof of brand authorization. It establishes published product-family presentation, not local stock, a confirmed delivery date, a specific quotation, export coverage or a technical approval. Manufacturer benefits and safety, performance, emissions, certification and savings claims have not been independently verified here. Request current exact-model documentation and appropriate technical review for the actual transaction. This is selection and procurement research, not operating or repair guidance.
