The official JQR262 page describes a twin-wheel AGV suspension caster with two suspension elements. Its main table lists 100mm and 125mm wheel rows, each with a 30 × 2mm width entry. Published loads are 350kg for the 100mm brown-spring row and 400 or 600kg for the 125mm brown- or black-spring rows. The same full 125mm model text is reused for different springs and loads, so the code alone cannot resolve the supplied variant.

Define the work before choosing a configuration

The overview mentions a 100–150mm diameter envelope, but the readable model table only defines 100mm and 125mm rows. The table’s 125mm height is 178mm, while the load-deflection tables start at 180mm; some deflection and limit-height entries also need clarification. Ask for a reconciled drawing, spring identification, preload/load-deflection basis and current load rating. This page does not silently fill the missing 150mm row or certify suspension travel from inconsistent numbers.
