NV-H12 is not merged with the H12 already in this catalogue. The official entries use different model names, electrical descriptions and geometry. NV-H12 lists twelve 3W emitters and a three-value dimensional string, whereas H12 lists twelve 1W emitters, a 12V supply and a different round-module envelope. A shared “H12” element is not evidence of an interchangeable part.
The prepared presentation retains the oval black flange, central round optic and coloured leads of the NV-H12 source. Its table labels the dimension field as diameter/height but gives three values. This page preserves that string without inventing which axis each number describes or assigning a mounting-hole size. The current drawing is required for a physical comparison.

Request the complete NV-H12 reference and the selected single- or dual-colour configuration. Confirm what the 12/24V wording means for that version and obtain assembled-unit current-demand information. Do not transfer the separate H12 specification into this enquiry.
Ask for a drawing showing overall flange, fixing pitch, lens protrusion and cable exit. Keep the 58 × 45.6 × 24.5mm source string attached to the clarification request. The illustration assists recognition but does not independently establish dimensions or the required opening.
Confirm the actual three-metre four-core lead, termination, mounting hardware and pattern-control documentation. The source describes synchronisation and memory functions; these remain version-specific questions rather than proof of compatibility with another light or existing machine switch.
A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.
Official NV-H12 body and table support a separate catalogue identity with unresolved axis labelling. Optical, environmental, synchronisation and universal-use claims are not independently verified. No host-lamp modification, installation fit or safe-warning result is established.
