NOVA NR180 Wide-Angle LED Warning Light

A single NR180 family reference consolidating two supplier pages. Verify colour version, dimensional axes and optical documentation before comparing offers.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

The supplier publishes NR180 under both a wide-angle-light title and an ultra-slim-lightbar title. The model and specification entries identify the same research family, so this page brings those sources together rather than creating two near-duplicate product pages.

The prepared presentation retains the small black module, cable and connector arrangement shown in the reference. NOVA markets the family as a wide-angle warning light; that description does not itself verify a measured viewing angle or the performance of an installed arrangement.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Resolve the axis labels on a current drawing

The two source tables arrange the 90, 33 and 13 mm entries differently. Request a drawing with width, depth, height, mounting centres and cable exit labelled. Do not decide that the parts are different sizes, or that either table is definitive, solely from the order of three numbers.

Tie optical and pattern information to the version

Ask which single- or dual-colour reference is offered and obtain its pattern list and optical documentation if the application requires it. Published LED chip ratings must not be substituted for measured current demand or an accepted photometric requirement.

Separate the module from system requirements

Request the offered quantity, mounting accessories, synchronization interface and controller scope. Any supplier statement about combinations of modules must be reviewed with its specific supporting documents. One pictured module does not establish approval of a complete warning system.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

This consolidated reference does not verify the advertised angular coverage, certifications or machine fit. Different titles and reordered dimensions are documented as catalogue interpretation issues, not independently resolved engineering facts.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.

Family comparison · 19 October 2026

NR180 and NR180X2 are not an automatic substitution

The current NR180 webpage gives a 90 × 33 × 13 mm envelope and a 10–30 V input entry. The separately titled NR180X2 catalogue panel shows a double-row warning/marker configuration, a 113 × 48 mm front drawing and a 34.5 mm profile annotation. The catalogue does not state a dedicated X2 input range on that panel.

Keep the model-specific specification together

Do not transfer the NR180 input, approval wording, connector assumptions or mounting kit to X2 because the names share a prefix. Ask for the full X2 electrical sheet, optical functions, mounting drawing and packing list. No replacement, measured beam angle, installed safety effect or machine fit is established by the family comparison.
