NOVA V3 surface-mount warning lighthead

Identify the V3 three-optic reference and resolve its inconsistent emitter row before specifying a supply package.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

V3 is a compact lighthead shown with three large clear optical cavities and a black surround with one mounting ear on each end. The source describes a Fresnel-lens design and an aluminium base. Those component descriptions help identify the reference but do not establish optical performance, enclosure testing or the fixing dimensions required by a buyer.

Its body specifies 3 ×3W emitters, whereas the LED table row reads “4 X 3pcs LED”. The inconsistent row is retained here rather than used to invent a twelve-emitter model. The supplier also describes single- and dual-colour options, synchronisation and alternating functions. Ask which of those options belongs to the exact quoted version before treating them as a complete package.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which document resolves the emitter entry?

Request a current V3 sheet identifying the optical arrangement, emitter count and electrical consumption for the selected colour version. The three-optic illustration cannot resolve the malformed table row or prove an electrical rating.

Which control features are included?

Ask for the exact function revision, control-interface description and whether any additional controller is required. Record synchronisation or alternating functions as requested options pending confirmation. This page provides no wiring or configuration instructions.

What supports enclosure and mounting requirements?

Request a dimensioned drawing with mounting centres, supplied fixings and cable exit. IP67 is a supplier table entry and the approval row contains a slash. Neither that row nor the generic category supports an approval or verified fitment claim.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official page supports the V3 identity and catalogue-level dimensions and functions. It does not resolve the LED discrepancy, document a certified application or establish compatibility with another lighthead or vehicle. Colour choices and flashing functions do not by themselves demonstrate permitted use.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
