NOVA TS traffic-advisor bar family

A modular directional-bar family whose length, module count, voltage and control package need to be selected together.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

The TS source describes a traffic-advisor bar in two-, four-, six- and eight-module versions, with bespoke dimensions also offered. The prepared image retains the eight-module straight bar shown by the supplier. That pictured length is not a dimensional template for every module count, and an arrow function does not imply an arrow-shaped housing.

The body uses 12V, 24V and 12–24V wording, while the table says 12V or 24V. Cable-end, cigarette-plug and controller packages are described as choices, alongside a ten-foot harness statement. The body also mentions TA within the TS description. A quotation should resolve the complete model, electrical version and control package instead of relying on the family label alone.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which module count and complete reference are offered?

Specify the desired module count, colour arrangement and directional functions, then request the current full reference and drawing. Ask the supplier to clarify the TS/TA wording. The dimensional example and under-one-inch phrase do not establish the envelope of every offered length or mounting bracket.

Which supply and control package applies?

Request the actual voltage range, assembled demand, controller, lead termination and included harness length for that version. Confirm which directional and warning patterns it supports. The source function descriptions do not independently establish a shared protocol or compatibility with another light controller.

What installation and performance documentation is available?

Obtain bracket dimensions, fixing pitch, adjustment clearance and any relevant optical or environmental reports. Distinguish single- and dual-colour options in the offer. The source’s broad application language is not evidence of a suitable forklift fit, legal traffic-control role or effective directional guidance in a particular location.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official TS source supports a modular bar family and option questions. TS/TA identity wording, variant voltage, dimensions, harness scope, protection and directional effectiveness remain documentation boundaries.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
