Understand this catalogue entry

The LC source groups four linear awning-light variants under one family. Its body mentions 25, 30, 36 and 55cm, but the table identifies LC50 with a 500mm length. That 500/550mm difference remains a clarification item. The prepared image follows the black enclosure and white illuminated diffuser shown by the supplier rather than creating an unpictured amber configuration.

The page also uses IP66 in its introduction and IP65 in its feature list. Those are attributed source entries, not independently verified environmental ratings. The lumen row contains a “200m” string for LC30; this page does not silently turn it into a confirmed lumen value. The source’s lifespan and insect-attraction statements are not adopted as measured results.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which length and complete LC variant are quoted?

Request the exact suffix and a labelled drawing, especially for the longest version. Ask the supplier to reconcile the 500mm table and 55cm body wording. Confirm whether the envelope includes end caps, mounting points and any control detail rather than using the illustration as a dimensional template.

Which voltage, colour and switch package applies?

Specify the actual supply revision, white or amber/white option, colour temperature and switching arrangement. Ask for assembled demand and the included lead and hardware. A family-level switch description does not establish that every variant includes identical controls or both colour modes.

What output and environmental evidence is available?

Obtain current product data for the chosen suffix and ask about the LC30 output unit and IP65/IP66 wording. Photometric, sealing and service-life statements need version-specific evidence. A caravan or canopy application example does not establish a direct forklift fit, safe installed illumination or universal mounting suitability.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official LC body and table support a multi-length light family and option questions. Longest length, output-unit entry, protection rating, service life and claimed insect-attraction benefit remain unconfirmed.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.

LC versus NW-LC: keep the length records separate

The webpage uses LC and table codes LC25,LC30,LC36 andLC50. Its body mentions a 55cm option, but its LC50 table row says 500mm. The catalogue, PDF page 26 (printed 49–50), calls the family NW-LC and lists 250,300,360 and 550mm. The catalogue supports a 550mm source entry; it does not prove that an offered LC50 part is 550mm or that a new LC55 ordering code exists.

Prepare a length-specific request

State the required physical length and ask for the supplier’s current complete code and revision. Request overall dimensions, mounting centres and end-cap scope, rather than deriving a fixing pattern from the family title. Keep the 500-versus 550mm discrepancy attached to the quotation question; this page has not corrected one value into the other.

Colour and protection remain version-specific

The source mentions single- and dual-colour options and different cover materials. Those statements do not establish that every length has every colour or cover. The conflicting IP descriptions, insect-attraction statement and service-life language are not independently verified. Obtain applicable evidence for the exact offered configuration if those properties are needed.
