DO8 is the official table reference for this interior dash-light source. The prepared image follows the long recessed pod and eight visible optical sections, with the red protective adhesive liner around its perimeter. It does not establish the internal emitter count of a dual-colour version or imply that a separate controller is included in every offer.
The specification table is malformed: its IP cell contains “3M Mount”, and its mounting row contains lead and plug wording. Those cells are not converted into a waterproof rating or a complete installation specification. The body describes adhesive mounting, an adjustable arrangement and a 2.5m cord; these need to be confirmed against the actual short-lead or plug-lead package.

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.
Request the single- or dual-colour reference, emitter description and version-specific pattern sheet. The body’s twenty-or-twelve wording is not mapped completely by the table. Do not advertise both counts as one universal feature set or infer the dual-colour electronics from the photograph.
Specify the short lead or plug-cable version and request actual length, termination and controls. The body uses a 2.5m value while the table’s cable wording is incomplete. Keep the packing list separate from a family-level description of possible accessories.
Ask for overall dimensions, angle range, adhesive scope and attachment instructions for the intended interior position. Request a real protection specification if needed; mounting text in an IP cell is not evidence of environmental sealing. The picture does not guarantee retention, unobstructed visibility or exterior suitability.
A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.
The official DO8 body and table support an interior-light reference with pattern mapping and malformed-field limitations. Memory, approval, electrical and protection claims have not been independently validated. No universal cab fit or safety-warning outcome is promised.
