Understand this catalogue entry

NW-HL combines high- and low-beam descriptions with turning and position-light functions. Its asymmetric optical face is useful for identifying the catalogue entry, but a photograph does not establish function allocation, beam handedness or control wiring. The prepared presentation retains that face and mounting reference without presenting it as evidence of a beam test.

The source contains material specification differences. Its body gives high/low light-output figures of 2500±250lm and 1200±120lm, while the table gives 1400±150lm and 800±100lm. The table’s 60W maximum entry also sits alongside a 66W high-beam LED entry. These values remain unresolved; this page does not choose the larger output or recalculate a combined rating.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which current specification resolves the conflicting entries?

Send the body/table differences with the enquiry and ask for the current NW-HL data sheet and revision. Obtain the power and photometric figures under stated operating conditions. Preserve the clarification with the offer instead of treating a model photograph as proof that either set is correct.

Which functions and optical version are supplied?

Ask for the precise function list, beam orientation and applicable version details. Source wording about approval status is not consistent enough to establish a particular regulatory outcome here. If approval matters to the project, request the actual version-specific documents for review.

What is included in the mounting and connector package?

Request the bracket drawing, fixing hardware, DT connector details and mating lead scope. A named connector family does not establish pin assignment or a direct machine connection. Keep each component and required function in the sourcing brief rather than assuming a complete replacement assembly.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

Official body and table are retained as the evidence boundary, including conflicting light-output and power entries. No approval status, photometric result, safe lighting outcome or vehicle compatibility has been independently established.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
