Understand this catalogue entry

NW-F4 is described as a side-facing auxiliary driving/work light with four main optical sections and a flood-beam table entry. Its title mentions DRL, but the table does not separately define the daytime-running-light control or electrical characteristics. A buyer needing that function should request its documentation rather than assume the title supplies a complete function specification.

The source lists single- and two-bolt mounting choices. The prepared illustration follows the photographed two-bolt assembly without implying that both mounting kits are supplied. The 40W, 2090lm and 6000K entries are supplier figures, not measurements made by ForkliftIQ. A flood label also does not establish coverage or suitable illumination at a particular work surface.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which mounting and function configuration is quoted?

Specify the desired bolt arrangement and ask for the complete drawing and included hardware. If a separate DRL function matters, obtain its exact behaviour and interface description. The front photograph cannot establish control assignments or a road-lighting approval.

What connector and lead are actually supplied?

The table merely says “connector”. Request the manufacturer/type, mating part inclusion, lead length and termination details. Do not substitute a DT or AMP connector because another NOVA light uses one. Connector identity and machine compatibility are separate verification questions.

Which beam and electrical evidence are available?

Provide the intended task and ask for available photometric data and current-demand documentation for the chosen version. The published supply range is not evidence of a suitable direct traction-battery connection. Approval, protection and aerodynamic claims should be tied to current product documents, not the marketing title.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official NW-F4 body and table support model, beam and mounting-choice identification. DRL details and connector type remain incomplete. Brightness, environmental, interference and vehicle-fit claims are not independently established.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
