NV-H4 is the four-emitter hideaway entry in this source. The prepared image retains its round optic, thick black surround and visible backing profile. It is separate from the NV-H12, NV-HD8 and other hideaway entries already in the directory; a shared family name does not establish common installation dimensions or control behaviour.
The body describes flush mounting with an included grommet and an L-bracket sold separately. The table lists both mounting approaches without that package distinction, so the inclusion question remains explicit here.
