NOVA NSLD rigid-strip light family

Compare the webpage NSLD versions with additional catalogue entries and conflicting same-code ratings before preparing a strip-light request.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

NSLD is a rigid linear-light family rather than a flexible tape or an interchangeable lighting kit. The source groups five lengths and several attachment methods. The prepared presentation retains the long black exposed-chip strip, small red button and visible lead of the source image, without adding a diffuser, magnetic elements or pole clips that are not visible there.

The body offers single and dual colour, including amber/white and white/red combinations, and says colours may have separate switches. Housing finish is also an option. These descriptions require a complete quoted configuration; the pictured button is not proof that every length or colour version has the same control arrangement or supplied accessories.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which length, colour combination and finish are required?

Request the full NSLD suffix, selected colour temperature or dual-colour combination, and a current drawing. Keep overall length and section dimensions attached to the quote. A shared family name does not establish the same output, current demand or switch scope across all five sizes.

Which attachment and control package is supplied?

Identify screw, adhesive, magnetic or pole-clip mounting and ask for an itemised kit list. Confirm the control arrangement, lead length and termination for the chosen colour version. A list of mounting options does not mean all four kits are supplied, and magnetic or adhesive wording does not prove retention in a particular environment.

What electrical and environmental documents apply?

Ask which 12V or multivoltage revision is offered and obtain assembled demand and available photometric information. Published lumen and power values remain supplier entries, not measured output in a cab or compartment. The broad interior/exterior description does not establish sealing, chemical resistance or suitability for direct traction-battery connection.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official NSLD source supports size and configuration identification. Control package, retention, environmental suitability, installed light levels and application fit are not independently verified.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.

NSLD catalogue variants and same-code differences

The webpage identifies NSLD30,50,60,90 and 100. The official catalogue, PDF page 24 (printed 45–46), instead lists NSLD20,50,100 and 150. This adds documented catalogue variants 20 and 150 to the research on this existing family page; it does not justify separate duplicate pages or transfer a rating from one document to another.

Same code does not close the revision question

The two documents use NSLD50 and NSLD100 while giving different consumption and lumen figures. That may reflect different versions or a source error; no conclusion about revision history is established here. Request the exact code, document revision, colour configuration and operating input together. In particular, the split 10–16V or 24–30V catalogue wording is not evidence of a continuous 10–30V operating range.

Keep the mounting package and controls explicit

Ask which cable length, switch, colour controls and clip, magnet, screw or adhesive parts belong to the quoted strip. The catalogue table and webpage offer different descriptions, and a demonstration photograph does not confirm the contents of an order. No measured brightness, enclosure test, vehicle fitment or installation procedure is supplied by this comparison.

NSLD150 dimensional anomaly

The catalogue dimension cell for NSLD150 is printed as 15000 ×16.5 ×9mm. This page does not silently change that entry to 1500mm or treat it as a usable installation dimension. Request a current corrected drawing and a written code-to-length confirmation before comparing the longest version. The model suffix alone cannot resolve the apparent dimensional error.
