NOVA O4 four-optic warning lighthead

A four-optic lighthead reference with conflicting published dimensions that require a current model-specific drawing.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

O4 is the four-optic entry within a description that also discusses O6 and O12. The original image combines different sizes; the prepared presentation isolates the four-optic lighthead. That prevents a six- or twelve-optic variant being represented as O4, but it does not establish the exact lens finish, bezel or colour configuration of an offer.

The main O4 page gives 96 × 7.5 × 25mm, while a second O4 source lists 118 × 7 × 25mm. These conflicting dimensions are not resolved by choosing the more convenient number or assuming a typo. A current drawing tied to O4 is a purchase prerequisite, especially where the fixing footprint or recess matters. O6 remains a separate reference, not a substitute.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which O4 drawing supersedes the conflicting entries?

Send both source references and ask for the current model-specific drawing, including fixing pitch and overall dimensions. Keep the clarification with the quotation. Do not manufacture a third dimensional value from a photograph or related model.

What lens and operating configuration are offered?

The family description mentions clear or smoked lenses, colour options and operating functions. Have the supplier state the selected lens, colour arrangement and available controls for O4. Family-level dimming, cruise or steady functions should not automatically be treated as standard.

What mounting and connection kit is included?

Specify the mounting arrangement and request an itemised list of bezel, bracket, attachment materials and lead. Ask for actual input-demand documentation rather than multiplying emitter ratings into a claimed measured consumption. A matching voltage label does not establish a suitable machine connection.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

Both official O4 entries are retained so the dimension conflict remains visible. Protection, approval and optical claims require supporting documents for the offered version. The illustration is not evidence of certification or interchangeability.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
