NOVA SL4 / SL6 lighthead family and twelve-emitter option

A shared SL-family source consolidating three official pages, with an unresolved twelve-emitter name and width difference.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

The OEM lighthead and LED strobe sources repeat the same SL4, SL6 and twelve-emitter family table. A third official page calls its double-row option SL12 while its table still says SL2. Those sources are consolidated here rather than creating separate pages that repeat the same family description. The exact twelve-emitter reference remains a supplier clarification item.

The twelve-emitter width differs between the sources: 85 × 41 × 10mm appears in two tables and 112 × 41 × 10mm in the SL12 source. This page does not silently select one. The independent presentation follows the four-optic SL4 image with a black flange, clear TIR lens and visible leads; it does not portray all variants as identical in size or appearance.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which full SL reference and size are quoted?

Request SL4 or SL6 explicitly, or ask for confirmation of the SL2/SL12 identity for the twelve-emitter version. Obtain a drawing that resolves its width before comparing panel space. A common family table and similar style do not establish interchangeable mounting or the same optical arrangement.

What control and supplied-part information applies?

Confirm colour, pattern selection, lead length, termination and mounting hardware for the offered revision. Nineteen patterns and common voltage wording do not prove a shared controller interface. Individual emitter counts and ratings are supplier entries rather than measured assembled demand.

Which performance documents are available?

Ask for current electrical, optical and environmental data for the actual revision. Source protection, corrosion and heat-dissipation statements have not been independently verified. Keep claimed functions separate from the vehicle’s documented warning role; this reference supplies no pinout, wiring or mounting procedure and makes no universal-fit promise.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

Three official sources support one SL family. SL2/SL12 naming and twelve-emitter width remain unresolved; protection, installed optical output, control compatibility and particular-machine fit are not independently established.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
