NOVA NV-LPRO slim warning-lightbar family

Six listed length codes with separate power entries and conflicting published voltage descriptions to resolve before ordering.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

The NV-LPRO table identifies six codes with different power entries. LPRO24 is paired with 74W, LPRO30 with 82W, LPRO42 with 98W, LPRO48 with 106W, LPRO60 with 122W and LPRO72 with 138W. The source’s slimness description should not be used to assume that every family member has the same complete mounted envelope.

The table gives 10–24V while the body describes 10–30V lightheads. A lighthead-component statement is not automatically the electrical rating of the complete bar. The prepared illustration intentionally follows the almost edge-on source view, retaining feet and lead without inventing an unseen optical face. It is not a scale drawing or proof of the claimed aerodynamic benefits.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which family code and complete envelope are required?

Request the exact suffix and its current overall and mounting drawings. Do not convert a suffix into an independently verified inch measurement without documentation. The source discusses roughly one-inch slimness, but a fitted bar includes brackets, feet and required lead clearance.

What voltage is documented for the complete assembly?

Ask the supplier to resolve the table’s 10–24V entry and the body’s 10–30V component wording. Request input-demand information for the selected code and functions. Do not apply the longest bar’s power to a short variant or a component rating to the complete system.

What mounting and control parts are supplied?

Identify permanent or hook mounting, cable-end or plug termination, controller scope and selected operating colour. Request pattern documentation and any needed approval documents for that configuration. Slim appearance alone does not demonstrate reduced noise, fuel use, retention or compliant warning performance.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official family table supports six attributed code/power entries. Complete-bar voltage and dimensional scope require clarification. Aerodynamic, efficiency, approval and environmental claims are supplier statements rather than verified measurements.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
