Forklift Filters

Oil, hydraulic, air & fuel filters for every major brand

ForkliftIQ Answer

Forklift filters include oil, hydraulic, air and fuel filters that protect the engine, transmission and hydraulic system from contamination. Most are replaced every 250 to 500 service hours, or per the OEM manual. ForkliftIQ supplies replacement filters compatible with Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota and other major brands.

Replacement forklift filters compatible with Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota, UN Forklift and most major brands. ForkliftIQ ships oil, hydraulic, air and fuel filters factory-direct from verified suppliers, with cross-reference support and a fast parts quote.

Filter types & service intervals

Forklifts use four core filter types. Engine oil filters keep abrasive particles out of the lubrication circuit and are typically changed with each oil service. Hydraulic filters protect pumps, valves and cylinders on the lift system. Air filters guard the engine intake on IC (combustion) trucks, while fuel filters separate water and debris on diesel and LPG units.

As a general guide, oil and fuel filters are serviced every 250 hours, air filters every 250 to 500 hours, and hydraulic filters every 500 to 1,000 hours. Dusty, high-cycle or multi-shift operations need shorter intervals. Always confirm against your forklift's OEM maintenance schedule, which governs warranty and intervals.

How to identify the right filter

The fastest path is the OEM part number printed on the old filter or listed in your service manual. If that's missing, send us your forklift brand, model and serial (or VIN) plate photo and we'll cross-reference the correct fitment. Measuring the old filter — outer diameter, height, thread or seal size, and gasket OD — also lets us match by spec.

We cross-reference across major brands, so a filter built for one OEM unit can often be matched to an equivalent compatible part. We list parts as compatible with named brands; they are aftermarket replacements, not OEM-branded unless stated.

Compatibility & sourcing

ForkliftIQ sources filters factory-direct from verified suppliers, including a parts partner carrying 85,000+ SKUs, covering both electric and IC forklift platforms. Coverage spans Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota, UN Forklift, Xilin and other common fleets.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find my forklift filter part number?

Check the number printed on the old filter or in your OEM service manual. If it's worn off, send us your forklift brand, model and serial/VIN plate photo and we'll cross-reference the correct fitment for you.

Can you cross-reference filters from another brand?

Yes. Many forklift filters share specifications across brands. Give us an OEM number or the old filter's dimensions (diameter, height, thread, gasket OD) and we'll match an equivalent compatible aftermarket part.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for filters?

MOQ varies by part and whether you need a one-off replacement, a service kit or distributor volume. Send your part list in a quote request and we'll confirm available quantities and pricing.

How are filters shipped and how long does it take?

We dropship worldwide on FOB or CIF terms from verified suppliers. In-stock items ship quickly; less common parts follow a roughly 4-6 week lead. We confirm fitment and timing on your quote before dispatch.
