Manufacturer model research

Crown PTH 50 manual pallet jack

Manual low-lift pallet transport research. Keep the standard PTH 50 separate from PTH 50S and 50PS scissor-lift versions.

Presentation prepared from official supplier imagery. One illustrated configuration represents the family; it is not a photograph of local stock, a dimensional drawing or proof of the assembly supplied.

What the official reference establishes

Crown’s China-region page distinguishes the standard manual PTH 50 from two scissor-lift alternatives. The standard model is the reference for this page. Its nominal catalogue load and low lifting height describe a particular product role; they do not mean that a differently named PTH variant has the same load basis. The linked Chongqing dealer record provides a local enquiry route, not a stock reservation.

Define the work before choosing a configuration

Start with the pallet rather than a familiar model name. Record the pallet opening, entry direction, fork clearance and fork length needed for the load footprint. Compare these with the exact proposed fork drawing. A manual pallet truck for low-lift movement does not replace a powered stacker for rack placement, and a scissor-lift work-height version is a different purchase decision. Do not transfer one variant’s load figure to another because the handle or fork colour looks similar.

Keep the supply package explicit

Ask the quoting party to identify the full model, fork width and length, wheel material, options, condition and supply scope. Include drawings, current documentation and the party responsible for delivery and support. Wheel and brake choices shown on a family page are not included by implication. Site suitability and load handling must be assessed for the actual application; this page gives purchasing questions, not operating or repair instructions.

Questions for the proposed product

Which PTH variant is being quoted?

Request the complete designation and a current matching drawing. Standard PTH 50, manual-scissor 50S and powered-scissor 50PS answer different jobs; the source lists a different nominal load for the scissor variants.

Will the forks suit the pallet?

Provide pallet dimensions, underside layout, entry direction and load footprint. Ask the supplier to identify the exact fork set rather than accepting a broad range from the family page.

What is included in the package?

Identify wheels, brake options, paperwork, delivery, inspection and support responsibilities in the written offer. A website image does not show every included option.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare one written equipment requirement around the load, pallet or trailer, working height, route, floor and duty cycle. Compare the exact model, mast or towing configuration, battery, charger, drawings, documents and support responsibilities. Keep unresolved differences visible. Existing supplier and procurement tools remain available below; browsing or following links does not itself send an enquiry.

Sources and evidence boundary

Crown’s China dealer detail names Chongqing Nuoli as a sales, parts and service provider. That profile is an enquiry route, not proof these particular models are stocked locally. The selected China-region product bodies and their corresponding model-type photographs were read directly. Numerical values are catalogue references, not independent load, braking, safety, certification or site-approval tests. Undated pages do not establish a launch date. Obtain a current configuration-specific drawing, load chart where relevant, datasheet and written supply package. No inventory, exclusive territory, suitability, current authorization terms or performance guarantee is independently audited here. No operating, repair, battery-service or adjustment procedures are provided.
