CRT mast-reach electric stacker family

A pedestrian mast-reach stacker reference with CRT-10 and CRT-15 capacity alternatives. The source does not supply a usable lift-height value.

Presentation prepared from official supplier imagery. One illustrated configuration represents the family; it is not a photograph of local stock, a dimensional drawing or proof of the equipment supplied.

What the official product catalogue establishes

Chungyun describes this CRT family as a self-propelled electric stacker with a mast that moves forward and retracts. The source parameter image identifies CRT-10 and CRT-15, listing 1,000 and 1,500 kg respectively at a 500 mm load centre. The two equipment views in the source demonstrate forward and retracted positions of the mast, rather than two separately identified products. They are therefore one family reference here. The page’s new presentation shows a representative retracted arrangement, not a measured drawing or proof of either variant’s exact build.

Define the work before choosing a configuration

The useful selection distinction is the moving mast and its relationship to the load and support legs. It is not the same enquiry as a fixed-mast PPS stacker, and it should not be confused with a seated warehouse reach truck. Describe the load support, approach direction, pallet openings and placement location so that the supplier can explain the proposed reach arrangement. Compare the complete extended and retracted envelopes, including forks and load, rather than only the body width. The original broad statement about pallet use does not establish universal compatibility. A current layout drawing should answer the actual interface question.

Keep the supply package explicit

The source table includes a 40 by 100 by 1,070 mm fork size and battery information, but its lift-height field has no usable value. No lift height is inferred from the photo, mast proportions or another supplier’s CRT entry. Ask for the exact mast code, lift-height and capacity chart, reach travel, lowered height, support-leg dimensions and battery/charger configuration. Separate the two nominal capacities in a quotation comparison and identify the offered suffix. Any statement about performance, site clearances or special environments needs evidence for that proposed machine, not an assumption borrowed from this family presentation.

Questions for the proposed product

Do the two source pictures represent two products?

They show the mast forward and retracted. No separate model identity is established by those positions, so this page does not create duplicate products from them.

What lift height is confirmed?

None from the displayed table: the field has no usable value. Request the actual mast specification and load chart instead of estimating height from the illustration.

Can this be substituted for a seated reach truck?

The source depicts a tiller-operated stacker arrangement. Compare the actual task, controls, load envelope and documentation; the shared word reach does not establish equivalence.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare a written requirement with the load, load centre, handling height, support dimensions, site interfaces, operating conditions, destination and quantity. Ask each shortlisted supplier to answer the same requirement and identify assumptions or exclusions. Keep the proposed equipment or attachment, accessories, documentation, delivery and support scope visible as separate lines. An equivalent headline capacity does not by itself make two offers comparable.

Sources and evidence boundary

The source is Kunshan Chungyun’s own sales catalogue. The source catalogue entry is dated 27 May 2016; this historical listing is not evidence of a current offer or a new launch. The review date is not a release date. The company is a sales and service supplier; inclusion does not establish manufacturer identity or brand authorization. It establishes published product-family presentation, not local stock, a confirmed delivery date, a specific quotation, export coverage or a technical approval. Manufacturer benefits and safety, performance, emissions, certification and savings claims have not been independently verified here. Request current exact-model documentation and appropriate technical review for the actual transaction. This is selection and procurement research, not operating or repair guidance.
