NOVA S6 slim warning lighthead

A six-optic surface-mount reference with unresolved voltage and approval-class wording in its official source.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

S6 is a horizontal six-optic lighthead reference. It remains separate from the SH6 vertical/horizontal family and from smaller O-series modules, even where their voltage or colour descriptions overlap. The prepared presentation retains the photographed black frame, six optical sections, end fixing holes and short lead without substituting another supplier model.

The source title says 10–30V while the table says 12V/24V DC. Approval wording also differs: Class 1 appears in the body and Class 2 in the table. Neither difference is silently resolved here. A buyer should request the current S6 version sheet and relevant documents rather than assembling a specification from whichever entry appears most favourable.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

What current electrical and optical version is quoted?

Ask for the full S6 reference, supply specification and selected single- or dual-colour arrangement. Confirm pattern selection and synchronisation documentation. Seventeen listed patterns are not proof that another controller or lighthead shares its interface.

What drawing describes the actual mounting?

Request fixing pitch, complete flange outline, lens protrusion and lead clearance. The 130 × 28 × 12.3mm envelope is an attributed table entry, not confirmation of fit to a particular panel. A six-optic appearance does not establish interchangeability with SH6 or a different six-emitter module.

Which approval claim applies to the selected unit?

If approval is required, ask the supplier to reconcile the Class 1/Class 2 wording and provide documents for the specific colour and revision. Keep the lead, fasteners and any mounting materials itemised in the quotation. No approval status is established by a catalogue acronym alone.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

Official S6 body and table support identification and the stated discrepancies. Brightness, protection, synchronisation and regulatory claims remain supplier statements. No particular warning coverage, road permission or vehicle compatibility is verified.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
