NOVA NW-S4 four-optic work light

A square work-lamp reference with vibration-damper and beam choices that need to remain visible in the quotation.

Presentation prepared from supplier imagery. Confirm the offered version and supplied parts; the illustration is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

NW-S4 is a four-optic work lamp with a bracket and round lower damper visible in its source image. The body says vibration dampers are standard, but that statement should be checked against the actual quoted package. The prepared image retains the photographed assembly; it is not a test of vibration isolation or evidence of retention in a particular application.

The table describes 40W, 4800lm and 6000K, and the body offers spot, flood and Euro beam choices. Those are supplier entries for configuration selection, not proof that one lamp switches among three optical patterns. The complete revision and beam choice should be kept with the reference so an apparently similar four-optic lamp is not substituted solely by appearance.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which beam and mounting assembly are being supplied?

Specify the intended lighting task and ask for the selected optic, bracket and damper arrangement. Obtain a complete assembly drawing rather than assuming the 105 × 105 × 63mm table envelope includes every mounting part. Fixing pitch, adjustment and cable clearance require their own information.

What electrical and connector documents apply?

Request current demand, DT connector identity, mating-part scope and lead length. A 48V upper catalogue value does not establish compatibility with all operating conditions of a nominal 48V traction battery. Keep the documented accessory interface separate from the machine’s nominal battery label.

What evidence supports the operating claims?

Ask for available photometric, vibration and relevant approval documents tied to the offered version. Lumen, protection and interference statements do not independently establish installed light levels, radio compatibility or durability. Do not treat the agricultural title as proof of a particular forklift fit.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official NW-S4 table and body support identification and beam/mounting questions. Optical output, protection, thermal behaviour and vibration benefits are supplier statements requiring current evidence; no universal replacement or safe-working illumination is promised.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
