Understand this catalogue entry

S4 is a compact warning head with four main optical cells in a two-by-two layout. The prepared presentation preserves the near-square lens, chunky black flange and visible end fixing hole. It is not the separate NW-S4 work-light reference: the S4 source describes a flashing warning head with different geometry, supply wording and control questions.

The body lists four 3W emitters, but the table’s emitter field uses “4 × 3pcs” wording. Approval classes also differ: the body mentions R65 Class1 and the table Class2. This page retains those differences instead of choosing a more favourable rating or treating the source as independent approval evidence for the offered revision.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which S4 colour and electrical revision is supplied?

Request the complete reference, operating colour and exact meaning of the 12V/24V description. Obtain assembled-unit demand and clarification of the emitter wording. The amber title does not by itself identify all offered colour versions, and individual emitter ratings do not establish total input consumption.

What controls and mounting information are documented?

Ask for pattern-selection, synchronisation and alternation documentation for the offered unit. A shared control-function name does not establish interoperability with another lighthead. Obtain fixing pitch, cable exit, lead and mounting-hardware scope rather than inferring them from the edited image.

How are the approval-class differences resolved?

Request current documents tied to the actual colour and revision and ask the supplier to reconcile Class1 and Class2 wording. Keep any required operating role separate from the catalogue’s application examples. Protection, heat dissipation, optical coverage and mounting suitability remain attributed claims rather than independently verified results.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official S4 source supports a distinct warning-head identity. Emitter-unit wording, approval-class differences, synchronisation, protection and installed warning performance remain unconfirmed.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
