Understand this catalogue entry

NSLX is a family of slim strip lights rather than one fixed-length part. The source identifies four length codes and lists clear or milky silicone options. A buyer needs the complete code and finish before comparing prices: a 200mm clear strip and a 1000mm milky strip are different configurations even when both are described as NSLX. The prepared image follows the source’s detail view and is not an overall dimensioned drawing.

The supplier pairs NSLX200, NSLX500, NSLX700 and NSLX1000 with 300, 800, 1200 and 1700lm respectively, and with 3, 8, 12 and 17W entries. These are attributed catalogue values, not measured results from ForkliftIQ. Colour-temperature choices of 4500K, 5000K and 6000K are listed separately; the preferred choice should be written into the request instead of inferred from a photograph.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which length and optical finish are required?

State the full NSLX code, requested clear or milky finish and colour temperature together. Ask for a current drawing of the chosen version, including end treatment and fixing positions. Do not cut a longer assembly or infer allowable modification from the existence of several catalogue lengths.

What controls and lead termination are included?

The description mentions switch, sensor and general-control options, plus cable ends or a DC connector. Request the selected control method, lead length and termination in the quotation. An optional sensor is not evidence that every NSLX strip includes automatic operation.

What installation information is available?

The source describes screws or adhesive attachment. Ask for the mounting materials and instructions for the intended surface, along with current-demand documentation for the exact length. A slim cross-section does not establish suitability for a particular cab, enclosure or vehicle supply.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official family table supports the four code-specific entries. The waterproof wording in the product title is not treated as an independently tested installed protection rating. Illumination, temperature and electrical claims remain supplier statements requiring version-specific documentation.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.

Family comparison · 19 October 2026

NSLX: silicone strip options are a separate family

Named codes
NSLX200 / 500 / 700 / 1000
Table input
10–30 V
Length / section
200 / 500 / 700 / 1000 × 18.5 × 11.5 mm
Table power
3 / 8 / 12 / 17 W, respectively
LED / cover description
SMD5050; clear or milky silicone
Control scope
Switch, sensor or general-control options

The fresh NSLX table has four complete rows, including a 700 mm version that is not a documented NSL table row. It identifies an 18.5 × 11.5 mm section and SMD5050 chips, whereas NSL lists 17 × 7 mm and SMD2835. The NSXZ50 row uses 17.5 × 7 mm and SMD3030. These are reasons to keep the three named families separate, not evidence of interchangeable replacements.

Same flux is not the same assembly

NSLX500 and NSXZ50 both carry an 800 lm supplier entry, but NSLX500 lists 8 W while NSXZ50 lists a 7.5 W maximum. That comparison does not establish measured efficacy or a brightness advantage; test conditions and offered revisions have not been reconciled. Similarly, the four NSLX lengths do not justify scaling the input or power of another family.

Specify finish, control and fixing together

The official text describes clear or milky silicone, control options, cable ends or a DC connector and screw or adhesive attachment. Ask which exact combination and cable length is included. Do not import the NSLP catalogue’s IP67 description into NSLX merely because both pages use silicone or waterproof wording. Request applicable enclosure documentation for the offered NSLX configuration and intended environment.

Evidence and purchasing boundaries

The entries above are supplier-published descriptions. They do not verify stock, authorization, certified performance or compatibility with a particular forklift. Use the existing supplier and sourcing routes with the full selected reference, quantity, destination and required documents. No repair or wiring procedure is provided here.
