NOVA NW-L30 projection-lamp reference

A separately documented rectangular twin-projector lamp with a 30 W catalogue entry; keep colour, electrical version and mounting requirements together.

Presentation follows the supplier’s product photograph. No projected beam or safety effect is demonstrated; the image is not dimensional or test evidence.

Understand this catalogue entry

The official catalogue separately labels NW-L30, with its own product photograph, drawing and specification row. The name is not a new spelling for NW-U5: that existing reference has a different body, 5 W power entry and envelope. This page supplies the missing independent reference without splitting colour choices into duplicate product pages.

The rectangular twin-projector lamp is represented here from the supplier product photograph only. The catalogue also depicts a projected floor marking, but that application artwork is not a measured result and is not recreated in this page’s image. Lens appearance does not establish optical pattern, distance, visibility under ambient light or a protective function.

NW-L30 uses the larger rectangular body and a 30 W entry; NW-L20 uses an oval housing and a 20 W entry. Both appear on the same catalogue page but have separate drawings. A matching colour option or a similar twin-projector face does not establish identical optics, brackets or electrical components.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Which colour and exact electrical version are quoted?

Request the complete NW-L30 reference, selected colour and current input sheet. The shared table lists red, blue and green with a 9–110 V entry for the NW-L30/NW-L20 rows. Confirm the offered version rather than treating that grouping as evidence of a switchable three-colour lamp. The 30 W value is supplier-published, not a witnessed measurement. Ask for current demand and interface documentation for the selected version.

Which drawing dimensions include the mounting assembly?

The table gives 134 × 65 × 64.5 mm, while the drawing also contains bracket and overall annotations. The front drawing shows a larger overall height than the 65 mm body annotation. Obtain a current labelled drawing covering the housing, pivot bracket, stud, fixing positions, adjustment envelope and lead. Do not derive installation clearance from the prepared image or assume that all pictured hardware is included.

What documents define the projection and intended use?

Ask the supplier to identify the optical version and provide any pattern, distance and photometric information under stated conditions. Request a current packing list and the equipment supplier’s accessory requirements. A demonstration photograph is not evidence of collision prevention, guaranteed conspicuity, universal forklift fit or an approved safety function. No aiming distance or wiring procedure is prescribed here.

Keep projection accessories separate from protective-system claims

A lamp listed under forklift lights is not by itself a verified protective system. The catalogue does not establish reduced accident risk or replace the equipment supplier’s instructions. Ask for the documented supply, control interface, mounting requirements and intended application for the actual machine. A broad catalogue input range is not permission to connect an accessory to a traction battery. No wiring, aiming or installation procedure is supplied.

Sources and evidence limits

Official catalogue page 29 supports the separate NW-L30 label, product appearance and attributed specification row. Its publication date is unverified. The shared approval wording, IP entry and application images remain supplier claims requiring applicable documents. Stock, current revision, authorization, measured optical performance and machine compatibility are not verified.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
