Find My Forklift Part

Have a photo, a worn label or an unfamiliar part number? Start here.

Parts-category illustration for orientation; not manufacturer inventory or a model-specific replacement.

From identification to a sourcing enquiry

Send what you have. ForkliftIQ can help organize your part details and investigate sourcing options in China. We start with the application and identification evidence—not a promise that any similar-looking part will fit.

Four photos that help us start

  1. Truck nameplate: brand, model and serial number, photographed straight on.
  2. Part label: all numbers, manufacturer markings and suffixes in focus.
  3. Whole part: mounting points and installation context, if safely accessible.
  4. Connections: connector face, pin count, ports or terminals, as relevant. Ask a qualified technician if access requires isolation or removal.

Also include quantity and delivery country/postcode. Send original photos rather than screenshots when possible. Share only equipment information needed for the enquiry.

What happens next

  1. Review the details. We identify missing labels or specifications and ask follow-up questions where needed.
  2. Investigate possible sources. We check candidates against the information supplied and seek documentation for proposed replacements.
  3. Review the proposal. Where a source is available, the quotation should identify the part, evidence or outstanding fitment checks, quantity, price, lead time and delivery terms.
  4. Confirm before ordering. Review the proposed specification and agreed supply, warranty and return terms. If a match cannot be established, we will need more information or cannot offer that part.

Start with a part category

Identification is not diagnosis. A symptom or fault code alone is not enough to choose a replacement. This service does not replace an on-site technician, and we do not ask you to bypass safety systems. Availability, compatibility and delivery remain subject to confirmation.

Build a request that can be checked

Keep one row per requested component. Give each row a reference, quantity and truck or assembly identity. For an unreadable number, mark it as unreadable rather than guessing a digit. Separate what the label shows from your own description. A useful request can be incomplete, provided the gaps are explicit and the original photos remain available.

FieldUseful input
Truck recordBrand, complete model, serial or chassis number and equipment type
Component recordComplete label or stamped reference, suffix and photo filename
Document basisParts-list revision, assembly drawing and item position if available
Commercial scopeQuantity per reference, destination, required timing and included items

What if the label is missing?

Start with the existing truck records and a safely accessible overview photo. Add the assembly location and explain whether the part has already been replaced or modified. Measurements or connector information can help narrow a candidate, but they do not independently prove an electrical, hydraulic or mechanical match. Do not dismantle equipment solely to fill in this form; ask a qualified technician where access requires isolation or removal.

Read the response before accepting a substitute

Ask for the proposed complete reference, manufacturer, condition and matching basis. Keep differences from the requested item visible: a revised number, different included kit, software requirement or additional adapter should be explained rather than hidden in the description. If the evidence is incomplete, the next action is clarification, not an assumption that appearance confirms compatibility.

Request the quote's quantity, delivery scope, lead-time basis and applicable warranty and return terms. Sending this enquiry does not accept those terms, reserve stock or create an order. Supplier confirmation and technical acceptance are separate from the first identification discussion.

Documents and supplier routes

Manufacturer documents answer different questions. Crown's public manual selector distinguishes operator, parts and service manuals. EP Care describes model-based documentation and serial-based parts organisation. Use an applicable parts list to identify a drawing position; do not use a general operating guide as a universal cross-reference.

Browse researched parts supplier profiles if you want to prepare your own shortlist. The directory and individual profiles describe published scope; they do not confirm stock, genuine origin, authorisation or fit. Keep the same written requirement when comparing replies.

Common questions

Can you work from a photo only?

A photo can start the enquiry. A final match may require a part number, dimensions, equipment serial number or service documentation.

Can I send a list of different parts?

Yes. Email your list with one reference, quantity and application per line. Include photos or drawings for items without clear part numbers.

Is submitting an enquiry an order?

No. Sending details starts a discussion. No payment or order is created by these contact links.

Can you promise a delivery date now?

No. Delivery depends on identifying the part, supplier confirmation and destination. Ask for the lead time and shipping terms in the quotation.

Should I guess an unreadable part number?

No. Mark the missing characters as unreadable and send the original photo, truck identity and any applicable drawing reference. A guessed number can point to a different component.

Does a supplier profile confirm my part is in stock?

No. Profiles describe published company scope. Availability, offered condition, origin and compatibility must be confirmed for the specific item in the written response.
