Forklift Hydraulic Cylinders

Lift, tilt and side-shift cylinders & seal kits

ForkliftIQ Answer

Hydraulic cylinders do the physical work: lift cylinders raise the mast, tilt cylinders angle it, and side-shift cylinders move the carriage. ForkliftIQ supplies complete cylinders and seal kits compatible with Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota, Linde, Jungheinrich, Hyster, Crown and other major brands.

Cylinder leaks and reseal

Oil on the mast or a slowly settling load usually means worn rod or piston seals. A reseal kit is often enough; bent rods or scored bores need a new cylinder. Send a photo of the leak and the cylinder number for the right kit.

Selection guide — what to check before ordering

To match the correct part the first time, have these details ready (or send a photo and we cross-reference):

  • Function — lift, tilt or side-shift
  • Bore and rod diameter, stroke length
  • Mounting type (eye, clevis, trunnion)
  • Seal kit only vs complete cylinder
  • Brand, model and cylinder number

Compatibility & cross-reference

We cross-reference forklift lift, tilt and side-shift cylinders and seal kits by OEM part number, voltage and forklift model. Send your brand, model, serial number and the number stamped on the old part (or a photo) and we confirm the correct replacement before quoting. A full OEM ↔ aftermarket cross-reference table is being added to each part page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my forklift mast leaking down?

Worn lift-cylinder seals (or a control-valve spool) let the load settle. A seal kit usually fixes the cylinder.

Do you sell seal kits or whole cylinders?

Both — reseal kits and complete lift, tilt and side-shift cylinders.

How do I order the right seal kit?

Send the cylinder bore/rod size or the cylinder part number and a photo.

Can a bent rod be resealed?

No — a bent or scored rod needs a new cylinder; seals alone won’t hold.

Need this part fast?

Send the brand, part number or a nameplate photo — we cross-reference and quote from a worldwide parts network.
