Wuxi Royman supplier profile / ESB05
Supplier-published product familyESB05 compact counterbalanced stacker family
Three source-listed ESB05 mast-height variants share one reference. The counterbalanced layout has no forward support legs; confirm the exact load and mast basis.

What the official product catalogue establishes
The ESB entry depicts a compact electric counterbalanced stacker with a mast, forward-projecting forks and a rear power body. It differs from a straddle stacker because there are no long forward support legs around the pallet. Royman’s table groups ESB05-16, ESB05-25 and ESB05-30 with respective lift heights of 1,600, 2,500 and 3,000 mm. Each column gives 500 kg at a 400 mm load centre. They are related height variants on this page, rather than three unrelated products. The introduction’s broader 500–650 kg wording does not identify a supported 650 kg version in that table.
Define the work before choosing a configuration
A leg-free front end changes the load interface, but does not by itself prove suitability for a closed pallet, a rack or a confined aisle. Record the loaded pallet depth, load centre, approach path, floor condition and clearance beneath obstacles. Request a configuration-specific residual-capacity chart and the mast drawing at the intended height. Table values such as 700 mm body width or an 800 mm fork length are historical identification clues. The proposed truck’s complete envelope includes forks, handle, any platform and room for the operator; measure that envelope before deciding whether it fits the work.
Keep the supply package explicit
The table describes walking/standing operation and gives different vehicle weights for the three mast variants. Ask which operator arrangement and accessories are included now. The battery row is written as 12/80*2, without enough electrical detail here to establish the finished system wiring; do not infer a current pack specification from that notation alone. Several lifting/lowering speed entries are labelled m/s while showing values such as 75/105. This unresolved unit/value combination is not republished as an operating performance figure. Obtain a corrected current specification rather than silently converting units. No full-load-at-every-height, gradient, safety or service-life promise follows from this reference.
Questions for the proposed product
Which ESB05 suffix and mast will appear on the quotation?
Ask the supplier to state the complete model, mast type, lowered height, raised height, free lift if applicable and load chart. Match the suffix to the intended doorway and rack constraints. Retain the written 500 kg / 400 mm table basis and ask separately about any proposed 650 kg configuration.
What makes the proposed load interface acceptable?
Provide pallet dimensions, load centre and photographs of the intended handling interface. Ask for fork spacing and carriage details on a drawing. The representative image explains the counterbalanced layout; it does not prove the ordered truck’s dimensions, residual capacity or compatibility with a particular load.
Which electrical and documentation gaps must be closed?
Request battery voltage, chemistry, capacity basis, charger input, wiring identification and the corrected speed table. List manuals, commissioning responsibilities, service parts and warranty separately. Keep unresolved source wording visible in the comparison rather than allowing a generic capacity headline to hide configuration differences.
From product research to a comparable request
Prepare a written requirement with the load, load centre, handling height, support dimensions, site interfaces, operating conditions, destination and quantity. Ask each shortlisted supplier to answer the same requirement and identify assumptions or exclusions. Keep the proposed equipment or attachment, accessories, documentation, delivery and support scope visible as separate lines. An equivalent headline capacity does not by itself make two offers comparable.
Sources and evidence boundary
The source is Wuxi Royman’s own sales catalogue. The supplier entry is dated 8 August 2015. This historical catalogue date is not evidence of a current offer or new release; the review date is not a release date. The company describes development and manufacture on its own website; inclusion is not an independent factory audit or proof of brand authorization. It establishes published product-family presentation, not local stock, a confirmed delivery date, a specific quotation, export coverage or a technical approval. Manufacturer benefits and safety, performance, emissions, certification and savings claims have not been independently verified here. Request current exact-model documentation and appropriate technical review for the actual transaction. This is selection and procurement research, not operating or repair guidance.
