What the official product catalogue establishes

Royman’s dated CBD15 entry describes a pedestrian pallet transporter with electric travel and electric hydraulic lifting. Its task is low-level pallet movement, rather than stacking into racks. The specification table lists 1,500 kg at a 600 mm load centre, a lowered fork height of 85 mm and a raised fork height of 195 mm. The difference is the separately listed 110 mm lift travel; it should not be confused with the final fork height. This reference is one supplier’s historical CBD15 listing. A common CBD15 code on another supplier’s site does not establish the same chassis, battery, controller or parts interchangeability.

Define the work before choosing a configuration

Begin with the pallet underside: fork-entry openings, bottom boards, length, width and loaded centre of gravity. The source gives fork-length alternatives of 1,150 or 1,200 mm and outside-width alternatives of 560 or 685 mm, without a complete mapping between every option and its dimensions. Ask for the drawing of the proposed configuration. Doorways, truck beds, floor transitions and the pedestrian’s working space must be assessed from the actual site. Published turning and aisle values have specific pallet assumptions; do not turn a single table value into a general narrow-aisle suitability promise.

Keep the supply package explicit

The historical description mentions a maintenance-free battery, built-in 15 A charger and 24 V / 70 Ah battery. These identify the source package, rather than the current seller’s offer. Obtain the proposed battery chemistry, usable capacity basis, charger input supply, connectors, warranty and replacement route in writing. The page heading and operation row say pedestrian, but several dimension labels refer to a folded or unfolded platform; gallery labels also include CDB15 and DC15. Those labels do not establish extra models or a rider option. Resolve the actual nameplate and configuration with a current datasheet. Energy-use, gradeability, service-life and safety-benefit advertising are not adopted here.

Questions for the proposed product

Which pallet and fork combination is being quoted?

Attach a pallet drawing and photographs of its bottom structure. Have the supplier mark fork length, outside spacing, load-wheel position and entry clearance on the proposed truck drawing. Keep any nonstandard fork order separate from the reference dimensions; appearance alone is insufficient to confirm the match.

What documents distinguish this truck from another CBD15?

Request the complete manufacturer/model identifier, current revision, nameplate example, battery and charger schedules, overall dimensions and illustrated parts list. Ask the supplier to reconcile the pedestrian heading, platform-related dimension labels and gallery codes. Do not create a second product simply from a transposed image label.

How will the duty and support package be compared?

State loads, travel distance, shifts, charging opportunities and floor conditions. Request the assumptions behind the proposed energy package, included accessories and service support. List delivery, commissioning, manuals and replacement-part identification as separate quote lines. A controller brand named in an old table does not establish a current original component or authorization.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare a written requirement with the load, load centre, handling height, support dimensions, site interfaces, operating conditions, destination and quantity. Ask each shortlisted supplier to answer the same requirement and identify assumptions or exclusions. Keep the proposed equipment or attachment, accessories, documentation, delivery and support scope visible as separate lines. An equivalent headline capacity does not by itself make two offers comparable.

Sources and evidence boundary

The source is Wuxi Royman’s own sales catalogue. The supplier entry is dated 8 August 2015. This historical catalogue date is not evidence of a current offer or new release; the review date is not a release date. The company describes development and manufacture on its own website; inclusion is not an independent factory audit or proof of brand authorization. It establishes published product-family presentation, not local stock, a confirmed delivery date, a specific quotation, export coverage or a technical approval. Manufacturer benefits and safety, performance, emissions, certification and savings claims have not been independently verified here. Request current exact-model documentation and appropriate technical review for the actual transaction. This is selection and procurement research, not operating or repair guidance.
