Supplier-published product family

YLA series manual hydraulic pallet trucks

Compare the YLA20, YLA25 and YLA30 manual pallet-truck variants by capacity and S/L fork geometry, rather than treating every similar orange truck as the same model.

Presentation prepared from official supplier imagery. One illustrated configuration represents the family; it is not a photograph of local stock, a dimensional drawing or proof of the equipment supplied.

What the official product catalogue establishes

The official YLA product page groups six manual hydraulic pallet-truck models in one parameter table. The 20, 25 and 30 groups are rated by the supplier at 2,000, 2,500 and 3,000 kg respectively. The S versions are listed with 540 mm overall fork width and 1,150 mm fork length; L versions use 685 mm and 1,220 mm. A single fork width of 160 mm and a lowered/raised fork height of 85/200 mm are shown throughout. Keeping these variants together makes the dimensional choice visible without creating six near-identical pages. It does not merge YLA with the supplier's distinct YLD, weighing, stainless-steel or powered pallet-truck ranges.

Define the work before choosing a configuration

Start with the pallet entry opening, bottom-board arrangement, load distribution and the narrowest access point. Send the pallet drawing rather than relying only on a regional pallet name. Compare the fork width and length against that drawing, then describe floor joints, thresholds, travel distance and turning space. A manual truck requires a different effort and work-pattern assessment from a powered pallet truck; the catalogue capacity does not answer those questions. The table describes nylon wheels, while the broader marketing imagery shows wheel alternatives. Have the quote identify the actual wheel material, wheel dimensions and configuration instead of inferring them from the representative illustration.

Keep the supply package explicit

The source describes pump construction and makes durability and leakage claims; these have not been independently tested here and are not purchase guarantees. Request the exact hydraulic pump identification, handle assembly, wheel specification, service-parts list and warranty terms in writing. The stated model net weights differ between variants, so packaging and shipping figures need confirmation for the selected truck. Retain capacity, fork geometry and wheels as separate offer lines. If comparing multiple suppliers using similar YLA codes, do not assume a common manufacturer, equal build or interchangeable parts without documentary evidence.

Questions for the proposed product

Why are S and L kept on one page?

They are variants in the same official table. Their fork geometry differs, so the suffix must remain on the enquiry and final order.

Is the truck pictured a confirmed 3-tonne version?

No. The image represents the product family. A current nameplate, drawing and offer should identify the actual YLA20, YLA25 or YLA30 version.

Can wheel options be assumed from photographs?

No. Specify wheel material and dimensions in the offer, together with the load, floor conditions and intended handling route.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare a written requirement with the load, load centre, handling height, support dimensions, site interfaces, operating conditions, destination and quantity. Ask each shortlisted supplier to answer the same requirement and identify assumptions or exclusions. Keep the proposed equipment or attachment, accessories, documentation, delivery and support scope visible as separate lines. An equivalent headline capacity does not by itself make two offers comparable.

Sources and evidence boundary

The source is Tongyang / YING-LIFT’s official product centre. It establishes published product-family presentation, not local stock, a confirmed delivery date, a specific quotation, export coverage or a technical approval. Manufacturer benefits and safety, performance, emissions, certification and savings claims have not been independently verified here. Request current exact-model documentation and appropriate technical review for the actual transaction. This is selection and procurement research, not operating or repair guidance.
