NOVA FL12 two-row warning lighthead

A twelve-optic, two-row lighthead with a 130 × 38 × 10 mm catalogue envelope; identify its colour version and supplied mounting package.

Presentation follows the supplier FL12 reference. It is not a dimensioned drawing, packing list, measured lighting result or approval record.

Understand this catalogue entry

FL12 is separately listed beneath FL4 and FL6 in the official catalogue. The pictured arrangement has two rows of six optical cells, and the model row gives 130 × 38 × 10 mm. Although its length matches the catalogue FL6 length, its 38 mm face dimension differs from the single-row FL6 entry. Equal length therefore does not establish the same mounting envelope or permit an automatic replacement.

The maximum-power column lists 20 W. The LED-description column separately lists single, dual, tri and quad versions as 12/24/36/48 × 3 W. These entries describe different aspects of the offered configuration; multiplying component labels is not a measurement of system demand. A buyer should request the actual consumption and selected colour arrangement together, rather than compare the largest printed LED number as if it were delivered output.

Single-colour pattern count is twenty, while the dual/tri/quad entry is twelve. The family table describes IP67 and surface, adhesive or bracket mounting. The illustration shows one lens and body presentation, without confirming a selectable colour package, included controller or complete mounting kit. The separate FL6 webpage is retained as a sibling reference, not a source for overriding the FL12 row.

Procurement checklist

Resolve these points before comparing offers

Keep the item identity, physical version and supply scope together. Use the questions alongside the published specifications when preparing a sourcing brief.

Does the two-row face and complete envelope fit the requirement?

Request the current FL12 drawing, including the bezel, rear clearance, fixing span and cable exit. Compare the 38 mm face dimension as well as the 130 mm length; selecting by length alone can confuse this item with the slimmer FL6. A prepared product image is an identification aid rather than a dimensional tolerance record or a confirmed fit to a cab, panel or bracket.

Which optical and colour configuration is actually quoted?

Ask for the full FL12 ordering code and a labelled image of the chosen single-, dual-, tri- or quad-colour version. Specify the required colours and operating functions independently of the housing appearance. The two-row presentation does not prove a particular illuminated warning zone, measured intensity or independently validated viewing-angle performance. Request evidence for any application-specific claim being relied on.

How are power, controls and supplied accessories documented?

Keep the supplier 20 W maximum entry with the current electrical sheet for the selected revision. Confirm pattern selection, any dimming behaviour, controller requirements, lead/termination and the exact mounting items included. Do not derive a wiring or circuit-sizing procedure from the component labels. Any approval and environmental records need to match the offered unit; they do not establish stock, authorization or universal machine compatibility.

Keep the machine interface separate

A catalogue input range does not establish compatibility with an electric forklift’s traction battery or accessory circuit. Ask the equipment supplier to identify the documented accessory supply, control interface and intended application. The truck model, serial number and installed-component record remain important even when a lamp or controller looks similar.

Sources and evidence limits

The official catalogue supports this printed reference, pictured body and attributed entries. Publication date, current inventory, authorization, tested output, certification scope and machine fit are not independently verified. Obtain current documentation for the exact offered configuration. Missing specifications are not copied from neighbouring products.

This reference is neither a quotation nor a stock, delivery or authorisation commitment. Request a current written proposal from the quoting entity. Preserve the item reference, quantity, destination and included accessories in that proposal so that changes of configuration remain visible.
