What the official reference establishes
The regional catalogue names QFQD-AGV and QFQS-AGV as under-cart towing vehicles for material distribution between warehouses and production processes. Both table columns carry a 500 kg rated-load entry marked customizable, a 24 V / 60 Ah standard battery entry and 180 kg standard vehicle weight. The page does not define whether that load row includes the trolley mass or what towing conditions support it. Do not reinterpret it as an independently verified train rating or platform payload.
Keep the reference and interfaces together
The minimum-turning-radius entries differ: 1000 mm for QFQD-AGV and 1200 mm for QFQS-AGV. Both list SLAM/magnetic navigation, 5G/WIFI communication, maximum speed of 3 km/h and repeat positioning of ±10 mm. The narrative describes engagement beneath a material cart, but it does not publish the necessary cart clearance, mating mechanism drawing, lift stroke or approved carrier geometry. One source image represents the low vehicle family and is not proof that both suffixes have an identical interface.
Keep the supply package explicit
Provide the trolley drawing, underside clearance, wheel arrangement, gross towed mass, pickup points and route so the responsible supplier can define the coupling and load basis. Request a written explanation of QD/QS differences and the selected navigation, charging and software scope. Return-on-investment, obstacle response and seamless-system wording remain supplier marketing statements. No hitching, towing or machine-recovery procedure is provided; final site acceptance and responsibility require an actual project assessment.
Questions for the proposed product
What belongs in an AGV requirement?
Record the full model code, actual goods and carrier dimensions, gross mass and centre of gravity, pallet or cart interfaces, pickup and drop-off heights, floor and route information, clearances, duty, charging opportunities and destination. Ask the supplier to review the complete material flow and exceptions rather than selecting on capacity alone.
What must be agreed for integration?
Request current drawings, configuration and capacity documents, navigation and communication requirements, charging scope, host-system interface specification and a written responsibility matrix. Define test cases, acceptance conditions, manual recovery responsibilities and changes to existing operations with the responsible supplier and site team. No commissioning or operating sequence is given here.
How should the offer be compared?
Confirm which legal entity quotes and invoices, the actual build revision, included vehicle and software, chargers, site infrastructure, services, documents, lead time, warranty and exclusions. A regional catalogue is not proof of Shaoxing stock or a turnkey installation. Existing procurement links help prepare the requirement; clicking them is not a completed enquiry.
From product research to a comparable request
Prepare a written requirement with the duty or installed component identity, current drawings or part records, quantity, destination and requested supply scope. Compare the exact proposed configuration or component and keep unresolved differences visible. Existing supplier and purchasing tools remain below; following a link does not itself send an enquiry.
Sources and evidence boundary
The Hangzhou HELI company-controlled network identifies its Shaoxing branch at No.374 Changpu Street, Paojiang, Shaoxing. These AGV entries come from the regional company catalogue, not a branch-specific inventory list. Four full product tables and their mapped original images were reviewed; model suffixes, capacity columns and open interface questions remain distinct. Current legal contracting identity, stock, delivery, configuration, application approval and performance outcomes require a written offer and responsible project review. Illustrations explain external form, not site tests, dimensions or an approved sensor package.
