Supplier catalogue product reference

Robot Phoenix Camel-400-D / 600-D low lifting robots

Two differential-drive models sharing a 60 mm electric-lift role, with distinct load, panel and battery entries.

Independent presentation prepared from the official product imagery. It explains the product form, not exact dimensions, internal construction, current stock or the item supplied.

98 kg summary versus 95 kg parameter panel

Reviewed 28 October 2026. Source dating: Official company catalogue, six detail bodies with parameter panels and mapped originals reviewed 28 October 2026. Technical release date and actual build revision unverified.. Catalogue family and model examples retained; illustration is representative, not an exact model.

What the official reference establishes

The official bodies name AGV-Camel-400-D and AGV-Camel-600-D and list 400 and 600 kg rated loads respectively. The 400-D envelope is 778 × 540 × 255 (±5) mm with a 710 × 500 mm panel; the 600-D is 950 × 650 × 250 mm with an 850 × 600 mm panel. Both publish a 60 mm electric-lift entry and 25 mm clearance. These are low lifting and carrying references, not high-stacking forklifts or evidence that one model is interchangeable with the other.

Keep the reference and interfaces together

Both list differential drive and laser SLAM or QR navigation as alternatives. Corresponding lithium iron phosphate battery entries are 16 Ah / 48 V and 24 Ah / 48 V. The 600-D page marks 3D vision and rear ultrasonic equipment as optional; these must not become standard equipment by implication. The illustration follows the 400-D original, so its visible panel, wheel and control arrangement do not establish the exact 600-D build or an approved sensor-coverage layout.

Keep the supply package explicit

The 400-D summary says 98 kg vehicle mass while its parameter panel says 95 kg; retain that conflict for supplier clarification. The 600-D heading is Camel, but a keyword line spells it “Cemal-600-D”; this spelling is not a separate product. Request the current model sheet, verified vehicle mass, support and underside-interface drawings, load distribution and selected navigation, battery, charger and software scope. Catalogue speed, positioning, endurance and protective-function wording are not independent site acceptance evidence. No local inventory, fixture compatibility or complete installation is established.

Questions for the proposed product

What should the requirement contain?

Record goods dimensions, gross mass and centre of gravity, load support and fixture drawings, pickup and drop-off heights, complete loaded envelope, floor and route conditions, duty, charging opportunities and destination. A payload row is not an approved carrier, trolley, fixture or site design.

Which integration documents are needed?

Ask for the exact build revision, carrier and interface drawings, load limits, battery and charger schedule, navigation choice, host-system protocol and included software. Define acceptance tests, responsibility for site assessment and integration, exceptional conditions and support scope with the responsible supplier. This page gives no commissioning or recovery procedure.

How should offers be compared?

Confirm the legal quoting and invoicing entity, actual configuration, included sensors, software, chargers, services, delivery, warranty and exclusions. The corporate catalogue and published subsidiary address do not establish Shaoxing stock, local manufacture or an approved installation. Existing purchasing paths prepare a request; a click is not an enquiry.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare a written requirement with the duty or installed component identity, current drawings or part records, quantity, destination and requested supply scope. Compare the exact proposed configuration or component and keep unresolved differences visible. Existing supplier and purchasing tools remain below; following a link does not itself send an enquiry.

Sources and evidence boundary

The current Robot Phoenix company website publishes its Shaoxing subsidiary address in Shangyu, Zhejiang. These references are drawn from the corporate material-handling catalogue, not a local stock list. Six full product bodies, their parameter panels and mapped original images were reviewed. Closely related capacities are grouped while lifting systems, battery rows and source inconsistencies remain distinct. Separate legal identity, current quoting entity, configuration, inventory and site acceptance require written confirmation. Illustrations explain external form and are not stock photographs, dimensional drawings or approved sensor layouts.
