Forklift Steering Units & Orbitrols
Hydrostatic steering units / orbitrols
A steering unit (orbitrol) meters hydraulic oil to the steering cylinder as the operator turns the wheel — most electric forklifts use this hydrostatic steering. ForkliftIQ supplies steering units compatible with Heli, Hangcha, EP, Toyota, Linde, Jungheinrich, Hyster, Crown and other major brands.

Hard or wandering steering
Heavy steering, a wheel that won’t self-centre, or play often trace to a worn orbitrol or low steering pressure. Confirm oil level and pressure first, then the orbitrol and steering cylinder.

Compatibility & cross-reference
We cross-reference forklift steering units and orbitrols by OEM part number, voltage and forklift model. Send your brand, model, serial number and the number stamped on the old part (or a photo) and we confirm the correct replacement before quoting. A full OEM ↔ aftermarket cross-reference table is being added to each part page.
