Liandong GC hook-on sideshifter

Move the fork load laterally while keeping the mounting and capacity questions explicit. This is Liandong’s GC family, not an integral carriage or fork positioner.

Independent presentation prepared from the official product imagery. It explains the product form, not exact dimensions, internal construction, current stock or the item supplied.

What the official reference establishes

The official Liandong positioning catalogue identifies GC as a hook-on sideshifter and provides its own product image. The linked English hook-on sideshifter manual describes lateral movement of the fork/load assembly for positioning. That is distinct from independently changing the spacing between two forks. The inspected product body gives no exact offered model suffix, rated load, sideshift stroke, frame width, carriage class or unit mass; those remain part of the actual configuration enquiry.

Keep the reference and interfaces together

The original and explanatory illustration show an open frame, upper mounting structure and one visible horizontal cylinder. They do not establish hook dimensions, mounting class, travel limits or the hydraulic package supplied. The GC product page has a blank publication-date field; the date embedded in a page or image URL is not treated as its technical release date. The manual is linked by product family and does not prove that every current GC revision is identical to the illustrated form.

Keep the supply package explicit

Prepare the actual carriage, fork and backrest records and request the proposed hook/mounting drawing, stroke, frame width, mass, forward offset and current load chart. Confirm hydraulic and control requirements in the supplier’s written scope. The manual treats load and load centre together; a nominal attachment figure is not the remaining lifting capacity of the truck with it fitted. No universal stroke, current inventory, mounting compatibility or commissioning outcome is claimed here.

Questions for the proposed product

What belongs in an attachment request?

Record the truck model and serial, carriage and existing attachment identity, goods geometry and weight, load centre, lift-height requirement, required movement, quantity and destination. Add available mounting and hydraulic documents and the actual application. Request a complete offered model and drawing revision rather than selecting on a series letter alone.

Which capacity should the buyer compare?

Ask for the attachment nameplate and rated-load basis, its mass and forward offset, and the approved capacity of the actual truck, mast and attachment combination. Keep attachment capacity and the truck’s remaining capacity separate. The responsible manufacturer or supplier must define the proposed configuration and documentation.

What should the supply package include?

State which forks, backrest, hooks, contact pads, hydraulic components, hoses, controls, documents and services are included or excluded. Confirm the quoting legal entity, current drawing and manual revision, delivery, warranty and support. The existing procurement tools prepare a written request; a click does not send or prove an enquiry.

From product research to a comparable request

Prepare a written requirement with the duty or installed component identity, current drawings or part records, quantity, destination and requested supply scope. Compare the exact proposed configuration or component and keep unresolved differences visible. Existing supplier and purchasing tools remain below; following a link does not itself send an enquiry.

Sources and evidence boundary

The current HELI-hosted Liandong portal identifies the Chinese company and its No.16 Fangxing Road, Anqing address. Four company product bodies, their own original images and linked English family manuals were reviewed. The product photos establish representative forms; the manuals add functional and document context. Neither replaces a current complete model, controlled drawing, fitted-truck capacity assessment or written offer. Identical series letters on another manufacturer’s page do not establish a shared product. Supplier URLs identify plain-text sources; existing internal purchasing routes remain below.
